Research Interests

Dr. Yu's collaborative and transdisciplinary research program is driven by a desire to advance our understanding of the biological correlates underpinning measures of advanced quantitative diffusion weighted imaging and to leverage these insights to understand the biological transformations taking place that drive the progression from healthy cognition to cognitive dysfunction and neuropsychiatric illness.
