Position title: Scientist - Bioinformatics

Research Interests: I am broadly interested in the molecular mechanisms of gene regulation. Applications of my work include understanding how cancer cells respond to treatment, how bacteria develop antibiotic resistance, and how immune cells respond to their environment. I use a combination of classical and modern machine learning techniques to gain biological insight from high dimensional -omics datasets.
